The Process

Once you have found your property location the next step towards building your dream office is to obtain a preliminary budget.  

The preliminary budget can then be used as a basis when working with an architect to draw up your plans.

Selecting a dental supplier that will meet your needs in a timely manner is crucial to your dental project. Design One works closely with your dental supplier to ensure you receive the products and services you need.

Design One will give you an estimated budget for your project using the architectural plans for your upcoming project.

Once the budget has been agreed upon, Design One will then provide you with a professional AIA contract that protects both of us.

After all the prior steps are completed, the ground work is then laid for the start of your project. The building process can commence!
