Design One Building Solutions was formed as an Oklahoma corporation in October 2003 as a response to the dental industry's need for a building company that concentrates on the specialized construction needs of the dental professionals in the greater Oklahoma City area and across the state of Oklahoma. 

Design One is owned and operated by Paul Brudzinski, who has built over 120 dental offices statewide. Our combined experience includes both new and remodeled clinics for general dentists, pediatric dentists, orthodontists, periodontists, oral surgeons, and endodontists. We also do other light commercial projects with the same diligence and precision. We work closely with the customer during the planning stages of projects to create budgets, schedules, and offer our insight to the design professional.

We also work hand in hand with your dental equipment company to assure the coordination of all current and future equipment needs. In addition, we are recommended by several local banking institutions for our specialized experience.

One of the primary reasons for our continued success has been our ability to integrate and offer many different services within our organization from the beginning of the project through and beyond completion. This approach achieves greater coordination and a more comprehensive team effort which isn’t possible otherwise.
